The Volkswagen Crafter Panel Van
Just as powerful, now cheaper to run
Four 2.0 litre TDI engines are available from 109PS to 163PS, as well as optional BlueMotion Technology. Volkswagen's ultra-efficient turbo-diesel system and common-rail fuel injection ensure high performance and impressive torque, and reduced engine noise. They are also kinder to the environment and your pocket, with operating costs on the new Crafter significantly lower than the old model.
No matter what sort of loads you need to move, the new Crafter is ready. Accessing the rear load space - which boasts up to 4,700mm load length and 17m³ of load space is made even easier with a side sliding door, while rear swing doors, with an option to open to an angle of 270 degrees, provide a load width of 1,300mm.
The Start/Stop system - standard on the new 109PS and 143PS Blue Motion Technology engines - helps keep your fuel costs down, and keeps emissions as low as 199g/km, by switching the engine off when the vehicle is in neutral. Despite its size, the Crafter already exceeds the Euro V emissions standard, and achieves EEV status as standard.
